Competition rules WorldCup Inhalation

The competition "Breathing in the World Cup" is organized by Oxypoint, Zenobe Grammestraat 34, 2018 Antwerp. Participation in the competition is completely free. The competition runs from Wednesday 19/06/2019 to Saturday 24/08/2019.

ARTICLE 1: how to participate

Between Wednesday 19/06/2019 and Saturday 24/08/2019 everyone can submit a video of themselves with the intention of breathing in as long as possible. If you want to win a prize, these things are mandatory:

- Keep your face completely in view all the time during inhalation.
- When you breathe in, it must be audible. Or you make this sound yourself by breathing in or you use a whistle that makes a sound when you inhale.
- There is at least 1 hospital attribute in the picture: stethoscope, doctor's coat, thermometer, wheelchair, etc.

Timetable:

Your video will be screened and posted on the Oxypoint website after approval.
Vote via http://www.oxypoint.eu/ from 19/06/2019 t.e.m. 24/08/2019 on your favorite video.

The finalists for the final of the World Cup will be notified before 31/08/2019 and will be mentioned on the website.
The final will be played in September on a date and location to be determined.

ARTICLE 2: who may participate

The competition is open to everyone. If the participant is younger than 18 at the time of participation, he must have the explicit approval of his parents and / or guardian and must present this approval at Oxypoint's first request.

ARTICLE 3: Disqualification, suspension or cancellation

In the event of abuse, deception or fraud, Oxypoint explicitly reserves the right to exclude the participant (s) concerned from participation in this and / or other competitions of Oxypoint.

Oxypoint reserves the right to change, postpone, shorten or withdraw the competition or part thereof if circumstances so require. Oxypoint cannot be held liable for this. Printing, game, typesetting or other errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation on the part of Oxypoint.

Which videos are not accepted:

Videos that are not in line with the values of Oxypoint: images with offensive, racist, sexist or degrading elements, nudity, drunkenness or drug use, dangerous scenes or behavior that violates the law will be taken from the platform http://www.oxypoint.eu / deleted. Oxypoint reserves the right to judge whether or not an image is in line with the values and norms of the association.
Videos that contain promotional materials from other brands.

ARTICLE 4: Indication of the winner and prize

There are 3 winners that are determined according to further described criteria. Oxypoint reserves the right to change these criteria and prices. The composition of the jury is determined by Oxypoint. The jury's decision cannot be disputed.

World champion
The world champion inhaling is that participant who can inhale the longest. A jury, appointed by Oxypoint, will view all videos, assess and determine 8 finalists. These finalists will play the final on a date and location to be determined in September. A jury, determined by Oxypoint, will determine the winner on the spot.
The price is a hot-air balloon flight for 2 people.
Public price
The 8 participants who have the most likes on their video on the website of Oxypoint are selected for the final. These finalists will play the final on a date and location to be determined in September. A jury, determined by Oxypoint, will determine the winner on the spot.

Hospital with the longest breath
The entries are grouped by hospital. The 8 hospitals that add up the longest breath can participate in the final in September on a date yet to be determined. A jury, determined by Oxypoint, will determine the winner on the spot.
This hospital wins the special award from the hospital with the longest breath.

ARTICLE 5: Privacy

Each participant, by his mere participation, automatically and unconditionally grants Oxypoint permission to publish his name and video, as well as his identification as participant or winner of the competition and renounces all rights related thereto.

If participation in the competition involves the submission or uploading of material, the participant will automatically and free of charge give Oxypoint all intellectual rights to the material for the entire world and for the entire validity period of the rights, for use in the context of the competition, without any further limitation and as wide as legally permitted. The participant hereby makes every case for all other entitled parties, that they transfer their rights to Oxypoint with regard to the material in the same way. The transfer includes the right to reproduce, distribute and / or adapt the material on the basis of all means and processes and on all carriers.

Each participant confirms to have the prior approval of the people depicted in the material, to submit it or upload it for the competition and to publish it in all media (website, social media) operated by Oxypoint. If minors are depicted in the material, the participant confirms that he or she has the approval of the parents or guardian.

The material submitted by the participant may not in any way represent a disrespectful situation vis-à-vis third parties or represent a risk situation for the participant or any other person who appears in the material. No brand, other than the Oxypoint brands involved, to the extent that their use is part of the competition, and more generally, no visual element must be present in the material that is detrimental to the privacy or rights of third parties. The material must not contain defamatory, abusive, pornographic, racist, shocking, illegal or indecent elements. No product or situation prohibited by law may be visible. Oxypoint reserves the right to remove material that does not comply with the conditions set out in these regulations and to exclude the participant concerned from participating in the competition or other competitions based on this.

ARTICLE 6: Liability

The organizer, his employees or relevant service providers are not liable for direct or indirect damage occurring in the context of participation in the competition, of whatever nature and with whatever cause, origin or consequences, even when notified of the risk of such damage.

If the competition should be terminated as a result of the behavior of one of the participants, the organizer reserves the right to claim compensation for the damage suffered.

The organizer offers no guarantees regarding the usability or suitability of the prizes for any purpose. The organizer, his employees or relevant service providers cannot be held liable for the use of the prizes, nor for malfunction or execution of the prizes, nor for any damage, whether directly or indirectly, directly or indirectly caused by the prizes.

Apart from cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, the organizer, neither its staff nor any third party it has called upon for the organization of the competition can be held liable for any damage of any kind that may arise as a result of participation or the organization of the competition, the designation of the winners and whether or not to award the prizes. The liability of the parties mentioned in this paragraph can under no circumstances be increased as a result of any change, suspension or termination of the competition, as stated in the previous paragraph.

ARTICLE 7: Dispute

Disputes or complaints regarding the current competition must be reported immediately, and in any event within 3 days following the discovery of the fact that gave rise to the complaint, by e-mail to info@oxypoint.eu.

The participant undertakes, in the event of a discussion concerning the application or interpretation of the current rules, to first seek an amicable solution in consultation with the organizer before initiating legal proceedings. All decisions of the organizer in the context of this competition are final, irrevocable and binding. No appeal is possible against these decisions.

If one of the provisions of these competition rules were to be considered invalid or invalid, the other provisions of these competition rules will continue to apply in full.

Current competition rules, as well as the course of the competition itself, are subject to Belgian law.
